Nobody does estates like Juan! We had interviewed all the supposedly top firms
in Miami, but they all require a tedious and lengthy — almost yard sale type —

many days curating the collection and laying/hanging it out for display. Sale
day was by invitation only to dealers in our goods. Five dealers came. They
were duly impressed with the goods. Four submitted written offers. Three were
above our projected price range. the winning offer was well into 6 figures.
I was paid by bank transfer in 2 days. All of the sold merchandise was removed
in 2 days. unsold goods were taken by Lluria Fine arts to be donated.
WHAT A RELIEF. all done in about 10 days.
